What is VEA?

Ventura Employees Association (VEA) is a locally-controlled union representing Appraisers and Engineers in Ventura County.

Our mission is to be a responsive, democratic union that focuses on the needs of the membership while negotiating quality contracts during the collective bargaining process.

Professional salaries must keep pace with Ventura County cost of living. VEA has the resources and expertise to sit at the bargaining table and carry negotiations forward uninterrupted.
